Fringed necklace

           Important necklace in 18 carat and silver punctuated with 17 fringes composed of old-cut diamonds , each interspersed with a diamond in a pinched setting on silver. The choker is set with diamonds also of old cut. The estimated weight of the diamonds is 35 carats.
French work circa 1880, commissioned by a famous aristocratic family.
The necklace is presented in its original red morocco case.
